Sub: Improper service and mileage Engine DHE BML 72141 Reg No KA 03 EV 2183 Bajaj Discover

With your advertisement and sales representatives I purchased Bajaj discover KAO3 EV 2183 110 CC at Khivraj Motors, Raj playa, Hoodi, Bangalore expecting more mileage and service. Recently I met with the accident opposite of HP office as a car came across from the HP office leading to damage to shock absorbers and a mirror.

Through new India Assurance I have given it for service at Khivraj Motors, Indira Nagar, Bangalore 560038 with the Job card 4579 dated nb9th July and estimate no 87 dated 10th July. The next day the surveyor has done the survey fron the Insurance company. As per the service personnel one Mr. Khaleel the spares will be ordered and there will be delay for servicing the vehicle. As a reputed company It is ashamed for not having spare parts of the daily service and a mirror. So for neither the service was done or any communication was given as they are not responding over phone. So Iam requesting you to give correct information in the advertisement and promt service without any delay.
