I have Cash purchase of Bajaj Platina from Tirupati Bajaj Dhamtari Date: 28/09 . But till today I don’t receive my RC Book & No. So that I have alwayse face Traffic problem becoz they asked me my RC Book but I don’t have RC Book so I alwase Paid Penalty.
