NOC not being issued

Sir,

My loan from Bajaj Finace has completed. Till now i have not received NOC.

Almost 9 Months completed clearing loan. Every time when i visit they will tell some

reasons and finally issue has not been solved.

Please Reply back what step should I take to receive NOC.
