Change of parts and hareshment- urgent

I have taken my vehicle from (suryabala coimbatore[INDIA]). it has been 2 years since i have taken my vehicke and it has driven for 17 thousand km. from the time i have taken th vehicle there has been alot of problems with the shock absorbers and mainly with the mileage but when ever i complained they have not bothered to take any interest in changing the parts or even reparing it.

and when ever i told them they dint bother and now ther is lot of smoke coming and the silencer is cracking and when i went to them they are sayin that there is fault in the vehicle (one of the piston is gone) and i told them that this is what i hav been telling from the begining but they are saying that " WE CANT DO ANY THING SINCE IT HAS CROSSED 2 YEARS and I REPLIED THAT YOU HAD TOLD THAT THERE 4 YEARS GURANTEE but they replied that they hav CLOSED DOWN THE SHOWROOM and WE CANT CHANGE IT.

When i told them from the begining they dint bother but now they are saying the warranty or guranty is over by which there is still 2 YEARS LEFT . And IT IS SHOCKING how can there be SMOKE AND ENGINE PROBLEM in a new vehicle which has just been used 17000 km.

so i plz request you to take action on this cheating behaviour by which they have pulled about not less than Rs.500 for each service and changing the parts of my vehicle.

plz take an immediate action on this case by which they are neglecting me.
