Poor service & neglince in correspondence

Dear Board,

I Roshan kumar would like to inform you about the poor servicing & negligent response on questioning.

Mine is a Pulsar 150 cc brought it from Rahul Auto Bajaj, Begumpet, Hyderabad on 25th Feb. Regularly serviced my vehicle with Rahul Auto, In my last service as there was a noise in chain sprocket Service Advisor has suggested to replace with new one, accepted and asked to replace.

While delivering the vehicle i found the water servicing is not done properly on questioning the concerned Service Manager he said, there is a power problem & asked to bring the vehicle on some other day.

The other day i found the chain sprocket is still having noise even after replacing with new chain sprocket. Once again brought my vehicle to service station The service advisor (Mr. V.R.Krishna) is irresponsible on replying to my quarries, tried to contact Service manager but of no success.

Kindly guide me on the above for necessary action.
