Dear sir,

I went to near by Service station, Pratapnagar, Vadodara-390011

3 months ago and complaint for the malfunctioning of the Starter and LED (Electroinc Egnition Starter and Rear Break LED)

...i went there about 10 A.m and they told me to collect at 3 in the noon... When i reached there at 3 pm they told me that stock is not available and you come after 10 to 15 days...

i went there again after 15 days and they replied me that you register your name in the registry and we wil call you as soon as we get the stock... but since then nobody called me up uptill now...

Today after 3 months i went again .. I went in the morning around 10:30 am and register my complaint and they made the excuse that warranty doesn't cover the starter and led...

After arguing with them they agree to repair the starter and informed me to come at 5 O'clock in the evening... As i reached their i asked about the starter and they told me that motor is not working and you register your name and phone no. as soon as stock comes they will let me know... I told the workshop incharge that i had previously registered the my name for this and nobody called me up... He repled that i should have asked then... But how will i come to know that Company spare parts are arrived or not...

This is the second time they are trying to make me fool... This is not done... You ought to do something...
