Poor Service Stations

Sir,

I bought new pulsar 180 CC and got 2 services till now. Today I noticed that this bike has 2 horns and one of the horns is missing. I asked the service station guy about this and he said that the place from where you got the first service done, they must have taken it out and when i talked to them they say that it must have not come along when you bought it. I got the service done from Bagga Link and Krishna auto in gurgaon. All in all, they are blaming each other. Though the horn is of 200/- but in the end the customer is the one who is suffering and moreover, these people doesnt even care to give a second thought about it. How should I claim for the same?

Moreover, the service they do, it is really pathetic. It's just that they are just demanding money and doing nothing.

Please suggest or do something about this as this is not only with me but most of the people who got the service done, they are complaining about it.
