Manufacturing nd service problem in pulsar 220 dtsi

Sir,

i bought a pulsar 220 dtsi on 26-8 approx 15 days before from shiel autos agra, they didnt handed me a fresh bike, the bike was allready used upto 15 kms approx, for this they told me its normal .problem started same day, lcd meter of my bike failed.on 28-9 my bike create problem in starting nd a irritating sound comes from engine, they changed one-way clutch in that after that the same process repeated 4 times in 15 days yet my bike is not working properly.12-9 -they serviced my bike at its first service, at service time they made a dent on my bike nd not managing there fault. shiel autos agra is now helpless in providing a good service. they r providing worst service to coustomers .at service time they made a dent on my bike nd not giving compensation for that.

so there is a manufacturing as well as service problem.

plz change my bike or i will go to the consumer court.

i hope u will take a specific action regarding my complain.
