Display of pure negligence and Unproffesional attitude

Hi

I had given my bike bajaj pulsar 220 for the accident repair to Krishna Bajaj Service Centre, Old Dlf road, Sector 14, gurgaon. Based on their estimation of the damage to the bike, i raised an insurance claim request with the Oriental Insurance. Based on my claim request the surveyor visited to the service centre to take the pictures of the bike, for the approval claim. Now the service centre didnt care to show him the damages as this required de-assembling the bike and then showing the damages, due to which my claim got cancelled. Now when i spoke to the manager of the service center, he said that could be repaired without the claim as the damage was that extensive, to which i agreed. But even after that they havent been able to repaird my bike till date which was given to them on 26th October and the survey took place on 27th October and i agreed to get my bike repaired on 28th October without Insurance claim.

I would request to look into the matter and take necessary actions.
