Bajaj's Worst performance

I bought a Bajaj Pulser 150 CC Bike on 14th August from Diwan Bajaj Shop no: F 1/1, Mahavir Enclave, Palam Dabri road, New Delhi 45, with regn no: DL9SV 1097. CH NO: MD2DHDHZZPCA00110. E NO. DHGBPA37874. COLOR: BLACK. Within a year it was perform worst. i went several time to fix it from where i bought it. But they charge for every time and yet it is not fixed completely. the problem is with the engine according to them.

I am frustrated with their services. So i want to replace it. As it is within warranty period. please help me to guide how can do it.
