Bajaj Purlar DTSI 150cc
Manufacturer Fault

Hi,

I have purchased The new Bajaj Pulsar 150cc in March this year in Jan the engine starts making noice after contacting the Bajaj Service Station i was told that the Piston and Crank has to be changed and these parts are not under warrenty. I spent Rs 8000.00 for the same.

As per instructions for first 1000 kms i drove the bike not more than 40 kms per hour. After running for 1000 kms i had the service done for the bike from Bajaj Service station, after the service done i have the maximum speed of 60-65 km per hour uptill now.

But again today dated 18/03 the bike is having same problem of Engine Noice, again i showed it to Bajaj Service Station and they say problem with engine.

Main Problem is that the engine oil just dry of after every 500-800 kms and this is happening from the date of purchase, Bajaj Service Station dont respond to this problem. I am not able to understand is it manufacturer problem?? I have used 5 bikes earlier - Yamaha - Hero Honda - Suzuki but i never face any problem of this kind with them.

Thousand of people drove Bajaj Pulsar daily but i dont think their engine oil is drained off in 500 kms.
