1000 rupees deduct from ATM

I am Mitesh Dargi. I have a account in BOB (Navrang Pura Branch Ahmedabad, AC no:- 03330100013350)

I have withdraw 2000 rupees from BOB ATM (ATM Id- 1FDANA02, Date : - 20-09-07) but i got only 1000 from the ATM. but slip showing 2000 deduction from my Account.

I have complain against it in BOB (Complain Id- 2670769796) but i am not getting any satisfactory answer from BOB.i have made 50 to 60 calls to BOB then still i am not getting any satisfactory answer.

Please help me on this matter.
