I am Credit Card Holder of Barclay Bank for approx. One Year having Card No 4339513995658560 .and facing problem that
I have no any Purchase but the bank has Wrongly debited the Club Cirs Le Fee of Rs. 5000 Rs. 618 as service Tax only after Tele Talk without any commitment from my side. I received a Tele Call from the Bank Persons saying that they will send me schedule but i did not receive any schedule from the bank but only one sided tele talk they debited the said amount in my bill.
Following is the detail of few of my requests regarding the subject as sited below to your Barclay Bank customer care, /representatives and executives.
1) Tele conversation with M s Babita at Bombay on dated 27/08
2) Tele Conversation with Mr. Mustan at Bombay on dated 1 Sept
3) Tele conversation with Ms Reshma at Bombay in the Ist Week of Sept
4) Tele coversation with Mr. Subhash at bombay
5) Tele Talk with Mr. Arun on 02267263100 dated 09/09
6) SMS to Mobile 02267695000 in the first week of Sept-08
Then so many Emails dated 25/09 to
16th oct
Inspite of several calls, Emails & SMS there was not any ve response from Bank side
Now I request your good self to look into the matter talking with Bank personals resolving the matter
