Regarding The Credit Card

Hello,

I had been using the card for nearly a Year. My Credit Limit Was more that 1 Lakh.

On OCT 26 th I Swipped the card for 6000 odd RS. later on Novemebr First Week, i tried to swipe the card online on the IRCTC website. Later It was Denied, i tahught That Barclay did not have the Provision, So i had to go all the way to the Reservation Center and Tried to Book the Ticket.

There also it was denied. I called up the Customer care. I was told that there System was not Working. After Few Minutes, i called up again later i was told that my credit Limit was Lowered and they had sent an mail as well as a SMS on OCT 20Th. Till date i have not recieved the Letter neither did recieve the SMS.

The Best Part is that i recieve their BIll and Later Letters. On the same Call i had called up to get the Rewards Points and had ordered a Coupon which till date has not yet been Recieved.

I had Also called up on the Second Week to check, the CSR told me that would be Getting it within 4 Days.

Those 4 days never came, one more Point i would like to add here is that the customer service Rep not Only lie but are also Rude in thier Language.
