Wrong late charges on card

Hi,

Its been a months story now.

I gets a call from your recovery agents & call center minimum 15 to 20 call in a day.

for outstanding of my credit card.

Every time i request them to send me my final settlement statement which unfortunately i am not able to get till date.

I have provided them with my fax no. / E- id / Postal Add.

but no effects to them, they simple call me all the time & spoil my hole day.

I again Request them please send me my final settlement invoice / statement / bill so that i can clear off my outstanding & leave my life peace fully.

I believe now you people will revert me & resolve my problem.
