Non issue of holiday vouchers

Sir i am holder ofBARCLAYCARD GOLD CREDIT CARD NO4339486205938769 wef02/08.

Companys promotion dept had spoken to me during the month of apr 08 regarding a holiday package scheme for the card holders.

I had accepted the offer and an amout of Rs5000/- was charged to me as one time joining fees.

I WAS PROMISED THAT THE HOLIDAY VOUCHERS WOULD REACH ME WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS.

Since then it is almost an year and i still havenot received the holiday vouchers, although the money has already been deducted from my acct in june.

I later spoke to the customer care centre a no of times and each time the reply was that'sir you eill get the vouchers in next 2-3 weeks or within seven working days. But to no fffect.

You are requested to kindly look in the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest i.e. either forward me the hoilday vouchers at the earliest OR refund the amount of Rs 5000/-(with interest at the earliest
