I have registered a complaint to the Barclay Credit card customer service stating about the payment i have made on 22/12 and called up the service and gave the reciept number to them and advised i would not like to get charged for the Late payment fees i was advised that it takes 4 days the payment to get credited into their a/c i have nothing do with the date and the time when the payment gets credited into their a/c My duty is to make the payment on before the due date which i have done, When i registered the complaint i was advised that i would get a call back from the consent department and i am still waiting i caled up customer service again to check the status and i was informed that the request is been declined when i asked i was not informed about the request been declined i was advised by the advisor it has nothing do with him why i am getting penalized for something which is not my problem and for my problem again i was advised a late payment charges will apply again instead of sorting out the problem i was advised i would be charged again...
