My gift sent by barclays bank on 15.02.10 vide ur awb 50001233004 was delivered to wrong person mr ramesh mob no.#9899108023 who has no link/relation with me. i m making compllaints at ur customer care since 19.02.10 but not getting any help. i m regularly in touch with ur officials mr dhruv (at cust care) @ with mr chandan (at ur noida off.) but still in vein.
