Sir/ Madam, whom soever it may concern
With due respect i bring to your kind information that i am a Gold Barclaycard holder with card No.-4339 4894 7103 7001 and my name is Mohd samsad.
After doing all complains more than 100 times with your useless customer care executives regarding the updation of my new address, i did not receive any positive response for the updation of my address and so i am not receiving my monthly statement from last 5 months.
Second thing regarding payment pick up from your executive, i received calls not less than 100 times from your customer care for the due payment and everyday 10 different persons are calling me daily and they are sending their executive to my given address with time (12 noon to 2 pm) for the payment pick up but nobody has come to my given address for the payment and not even single calls from the payment pick up executives.
So what i mean to say either you people are trained to harras your customers or nobody wants to join your calls centre executive with such a useless person bank. or your executive dont bother to work with barclays bank.
Third thing after long waiting for your executives, when nobodies bother to come then ultimately i droped the cheque of Rs 2660 from icici bank (chque No. 327183, dated 20 jan.2009) in Hamilton Complex skypak box, mangalore on 19th jan.2009.
But till now today is 1st feb. i dont know whether anybody picked up the cheque or not from the skypak box. because still your person are calling me again and again for the payment. though i given the full details of cheque. so either you people are not updating the details given by your customers in your system or dont have enough system with such a London based Barclays bank for any customer queries updations.
So now finally i decided to put complain and FIR regarding the treaments done by Barclays bank and their customer care executives.
