I purchased a tortilla roti maker from basic associates on 20th august. I didnt use it much and when i checked it in 2009 august i found its not working. I registered a complaint on 8th August. every day i ring them and get the answer that all are busy and it will be attended tomorrow. one week is over and no one turned up yet. They are not behaving properly and not attending my calls also in proper manner
Its very pathetic service which i get.
