BAD QUALITY BATA SHOES

I had purchased BATA shoes "Bata Power sports shoes", with three month rubber sole of the shoes come out because which I felt down on plat form also.

When I went to the Bata shoroom at Andher West, Alaram Centre opp. Andheri show room, they didn't repond me well. i request them to repair the shoes for which i will pay the money, but they can't repair & tell me to through the shoes in Dustbin.

This what BATA such a reuted company selling the POOR QUALITY OF SHOES, & the customer like me suffer for the same. I had purchased this shoe in jan only. I left the shoes in showroom & told them i will complaint about the same. but they were laughing for the same.

i request to you to take the action on the same & show that there is somebody to hear for such complaint.

this a reminder, i have before also done the complaint about the same but no respond from your department

Pls do the needfull.
