I have purchased a pair of Bata (Sports) shoes from the authorised show room on payment of Rs. 499/- from the dealer of Hubli which is established on Station Road ie., opposite to Sahile Textile of Dist: Dharwad Karnataka in month of January end. But, after use the said shoe was found defective and hence I approached the dealer with a complaint to replace the same with a valid receipt. On hearing the grievances the so called the incharge of the Manager was good enough to replace it with higher Priced Power shoes at revised rate of Rs. 899/- but refused to issue me a valid receipt, even though I was entitled. But, now this is beginning of November the shoe went out of order due Manufacturing defect and as such my approach to the dealer with a complaint went in vein. As per the condition of the Company I would have got compensation either by replacement of Shoe or by refund of the cost of the Shoe. However, after prolonged pursuation, the Incharge went futile and has arrogantly replied and refused to comply my request. Now, I have no way but to approach and knock the doors of the Hon"ble Consumer redressal form with my complaint either to refund the amount of Rs. 899/- or to replace the same with valid receipt alongwith assurance of replacement if in case any complaints persists as before. I have very good faith on the company right from my childhood. And I am regular customer of the BATA shoe company. But, now with the adamont behaviour of the incharge I am constrained to approach such forums claiming loss and damages. For any correspondence, my address is as follows: Mr. Rajendra. S.Arakeri, H.No.2, Sanman Colony, Gokul Road, Hubli Dist: Dharwad, Karnataka. Any my Cell No. 09242266475. I word in reply is highly appreciated to avoid forthcoming legal consequences, which please be noted.
