Crack in sole and pasting failure

I always use Non-reduction Bata Power Shoes. Recently I purchased Bata shoes costing to Rs 1199/ vide Code 8082291 on 08.04.2009 from a Bata shop of Iindsey Street, Kolkata-87. A week before it is found that both the sole of the shoes are cracked completly wide-wise and the soles are separated from the upper part due to pasting failure. This disheartens me because I could not use the new Bata shoes for more than three and hailf months due to manufacturing defects. If the quality of the Bata shoes deterioriate such a way I will think twice before to purchase the Bata Brand shoe henceforth. Have you any remedy to recover my loss.
