Not getting subscription on time

I purchased a subscription in Dec 08, After multiple follow-up (atleast 20-25 phone calls) I received old (previous month 4 issues) subscriptions and then again everything stopped. I am following it again but no response. shameless, I need my subscription money back. Goof-up behind a big brand name of BBC. Very frustating... Please do not subscribe this Magazine... If you have extram money donate to some good cause, but dont donate to this magazine :-(
