Efore time running of trains

At Ulhasnagar railway station 8.25a.m. & 8.36 a.m. local trains starting from Badlapur & Ambernath is running before time & these trains halts at kalyan station for min 10 minutes we are missing the trains from ulhasnagar station & these trains reaching late at kurla station daily since last 2 months we are facing this problem

I have lodged this complaint at Ulhasnagar stn but nobody has responded me properly at last they have given me the complaint book

please help us in this regard my complaint regn is 15013 i have lodged this complaint on 17.03.09
