Non issue of the Invoice

owner of the shop Mr Vikas Aggarwal (Mobile no 09891140642) ensure me that the incoice will be send along with the material, but material have recd in 21st march 09 . but still the bill is due.

we have requested many times but now he is using abusive language and not issuing invoice

my problem that if there is any complaint or inferior quality of material, i will not able e to approach with out invoice. Kindly help me out in the matter
