Electricity Bill - Non-payment

Hi,

Have subscribed for ECS payment for monthly payment of Electricity charges for the last 4 plus years. Even though Electricity charges were debited to my savings bank account, BESCOM officials have disconnected by removing Fuse without prior discussion with us. This has happened for the 2nd time since last 2 years and this is causing lot of trouble. It is disgusting that they are not bothered to fix this issue post removal of fuze on last saturday 28th August till today (1st September).

It is frustrating because all neighbours are presuming that our family is defaulting in meeting recurring charges which has been very sad. We tried reaching BESCOM officials today, yesterday but none available at their local office at Vidyaranyapura.

My residential address is as follows :

# 213, 1st Floor, "Mahalakshmi", 2nd Main Road, BEL Layout, 1st Block, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore 560097.

Can some solve my problem permanently
