Dear SIR / MADAM / ALL,
There was no service available for two hours i stood for a particular buus which runs from mulund to nerul & back i was waiting for two hours in vashi. (BUS No. AS 512) i appeal GM OP Gupta (BEST) to look into this matter plz find some alternative to it where a person has to stand for 2 hours after paying BEST in advance . & specially see to it that people at MULUND CHECK NAKA DEPOT Behave like a humans.
Dt: 22/07 . (BUS AS 512) no bus was available between. 13.10hours to 15.30hours
