At 730 am today ie 21 jun 09 at hanuman road villeparle east i entered bus 348 where the side board displayed 348 ltd
and not jalad
i asked ticket for jaicoach the conductor conveyed the bus is jalad and gave me ticket till ismail yusuf stop
i told the conductor its not fair to treat costumers like what he has done forcing me to get down at wrong destinations at the fault of wrong display board.
conductor no 93727 replied, i abide the rules of company.
Is the company responsible for wrong display, if so the company should be fined and registeration should be cancelled or else the conductor should be restigated and disciplinary action should be taken against him
