Misbehavior of Conducto

I caught bus #392 from Andheri station (Bus # 0235 headed towards Majas Agar From Andheri Stn around 9:40pm on 3 October). The bus was not crowded but the seats were occupied, so I stood next to a passenger who I know gets down at the next stop.

Without any reason the conductor (white hair, bump near the right temple; wears glasses) verbally abused me. Not only that... when my stop came, he did not give bell to stop the bus. The driver stopped bus on my verbal request.

I could not note down his badge number because the conductor was not wearing it.

Please take action against the erring conductor.
