The BEST bus driver on the bus number 524 Route (starting from Borivli) in time 9pm-10 pm drives the bus very speedily and does not bother to halt the bus when passengers alight or board the bus, but merely slows down for a moment and expects the passesngers to just hop in/out. He also starts the bus abruptly without waiting for all passengers to board and also skips the bust stop if nobody is going to get down there even if there are people waiting to board at that stop.
I have noted the bus BEST vehicle number-5098 but not sure if this helps.
