We are not getting our telephone bill

Dear sir,

24864220 is my telephone number and my address is: 3/24, V.O.C street, Thirumalai Nagar, Ramapuram, chennai-89.

For the past 2 months we have not received our telephone bills. It is so inconvenient for us to come to the main office (Kodambakkam) every month and pay the bill after getting the duplicate copy of the bill, in between our busy schedule.so i kindly request you to take the necessary action regarding the complaint as early as possible.
