Non deleviring of cooking gas on time

We are making advance booking of cooking gas every month for cooking gas for bharat gas, agency by DAMMO ENTERPRISES Jhilmil Colony, Delhi, for consumer no. k26309, but agency does not supply the lpg to us, they said it will take a month for delivery. And also they do not pick up the phone calls for booking. So it is requested to related officers ro take an effective action to make the delivery smooth . thanks
