Sir,

booked for refill on 16.03.2009 and the no which i got was 7246 and was said to get the cylinder after 15 days, till now from last 3 days i am regularly calling them and asking for the status and geeting the reply that they are sending today, and we have to keep some or the other person at home to receave the cylinder as it should not go back, now we are frustaded and and are really upset from the service which we are getting, getting their ph. no itself is a tough job and after getting the no after 20-40 redial they pick the phone this is again a frustating task to logde a complaint. my consumer no is 18581, and my dealer is
