Non Recvied Gas cylinder in Time

I am booking the gas for refiling after 25 dasys on 24.10.2009 but not recived the gas cylinder till date, always send the dealar gas cylinder after phone remender.

kindly do the need full regarding my complaints. My gas Details as given below.
