Dear Sir,
I am customer of Bharat Gas Agency vide consumer no. GG5367 since 2007 under Golden Gas Agency, Hazaribagh. I am following up the said dealer for issuing dual cyliender on my card for last one year but they denied to issue the same and tell me that we will not issue the cyliender and you can lodge the complaint anywhere for the same. I also try to contract their area office at 0651-2462271 but no body pick the phone. We are facing lots of problem with single cyliender. If Bharat Gas unable to provide us dual cylinder we have to surrender our existing cylinder and go for HP/ Indane.
Please look into the matter.
