Delay in delievary of domestic gas

I am customer of Mohan gas service, Alwar, Rajasthan. My consumer no.is 701314.since last two years delievary of cyllinder was not proper. After submitting written complaints no improvement is there. I booked cyllinder on 11 Feb 08.After so many telephonic and personal requests i am not yet get cyllinder.kindly instruct the dealer for frequent delievary or transfer my connection to another dealer. Thanks
