Respected Sir,

I humbly request you to take sincere and serious action against the following corrupt people at the earliest to enable to avoid to other passengers, this worst experience which I got in my journey.

1. T.T.Es are allowing to sit in A/C coach without any valued ticket and also advising them to tell as staff to other genuine passenger.

2. Attender Subhash is serving blanket only in night but collecting the same from early morning. He is not supplying new one, after asking him only giving towels.

3. Canteenwala charging Rs. 65/- per plate, it is too much to compare to other canteenwala (Rice, Roti, Doll, one subji, not curd lassi)

You please travel from Agra to Pune, then only you can come to know whether my complaints are genuine or not.
