Non delivery of cooking gas on time

Dear sir,

my consumer no is 20294. last week i have booked the cooking gas in friends gas service, maharani bagh, new delhi but till today i have not received the same. In every month we face the same problem. i usally get the cylinder after 10 or 15 days of booking. kindly look into the matter and take necessary actions against the gas agencies and the delivery boys who are engaged in selling the cylinder in black or much higher price.
