I face very poor response from Rashmi Gas Agency (tel no: 91 80 28532301/02) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.
One more thing I have one cylinder now and I went for 2nd cylinder. They told me that I can get it but I have to pay 3000
because they told with this 2nd cylinder I have to purchase some home appliance, like mixer or pressure coocker etc, If you have this item in your home syill you have to take one more otherwise they will not give 2nd cylinder.
