Non delivery in time, difficulties in booking

1. I have booked for a refill through the website (http://www.ebharatgas.com) on 11th september. (Order No. :275024 Name of Distributor: BASAVESHWARA BHARATGAS AGENCY) also I have booked the same over phone (080 28563299) with the agency on the same day. But till todate I haven’t received the refill cylinder.

2. It is a pain to book a refill over telephone from Basaveswara Bharat gas Agency (126913) through phone nos.08028561299&28563299).the phone was always showed engaged or whenever it rang it was not attended. It is a repeating story every month. My neighbors also has the same complaint. I try to book through SMS to9449840405. but the SMS was blocked to this phone.

I have booked a complaint with the bharat gas in this regard, but without any redressal.
