My consumer No.13943. I have booked for a refill on 20-9

It is more than 15 days now i did not get my supply. Since last 2 days they have promised that the gas is on the way. We have been waiting for the gas without going out from the house. We are house arrest. They are selling the supply to others for premium without giving to consumer. My Gas Agency is Ms: Padmavathi Bhart Gas Agency, Selaiyur.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I am facing this problem everytime i book the refill.
