Delay in sending refilled cylinde

I am from hospet karnataka state.

we are not getting refilled cylinders on time, i wish to know the terms of booking the cylinder i: e

no. of days after receiving new refilled cylinder.

once i book for refilled cylinder after how many days do i get the cylinder.

please let me know the details.
