For the last few months I have had to face a lot of delay in getting a cylinder refill delivered. After booking there is no sign of the delivery. Phonecalls to the Distributor only result in being put on hold or told the order is 'pending'. No timeframe is given for despatch.
I have an elderly patient in the house and have told the Distributor this many times. It is crucial for me to get the cylinder delivered on time.
The distributor is BHARAT GAS in south Mumbai and mu consumer number is: 103439
I do not wish to complain unnecessarily but this has become a recurring story and is causing a lot of difficulty in managing my patient at home.
Please help sort this out once aqnd for all.
