Always delay in delivering gas

Dear sir,

i had booked for refill on 24th Feb with consumer no. 32586 with "Rashmi Gas Agency". Inspite of repeated reminders they don't deliver. today is 16th march but no gas. the manager of this agency is Harish Kumar, his mob. 9341401061. this person seems to be good for nothing guy. every month this is the problem, this is the second time i am placing my complaint regarding him hoping that some one can sort of this problem. waiting for positive response.
