The Bharat Gas dealer had forced us to purchase lpg gas rubber hose manufactured by Super Seal India Pvt ltd and told us that there is a guarantee for 5 years . they told us to keep the plastic bag in which the rubber hose was given.now the pipe is broken but dealer is refusing to change it and says that you have used it for more than 3 years means now you will have to pay again evenif th guarentee is not over.
What rubbish answers are given to customers. They are not bothered about customers life and simply are denying to change rubber hose without payment.
