Network Coverage Failure

Dear Sir/Madam

Since long back I have the Network failure for Airtel cell phone in my Office area. I have already sent many massages via my cell phone including the following written complaint dtd. 23-09 to the concerns {copy annexed}. Till date nobody have taken care and I am facing the same problem. My office deals with public services and hence a lot of difficulties are faced in discharging the duties.

You are therefore requested to look into the matter at the earliest, please and oblige.

Sir,

In context to subject it is to inform that our mobile phone is unable to receive the network of Bharati Airtel Ltd. at the time when I remain sitting inside the office room since two months at the following address.

Since our work is directly related to public services it was reported to The Manager Customer Care, Airtel Ltd., Nr. Central Post-office, Navsari on 15-09 and thereafter today i.e. on 23-09. However, the customer care executive sitting in the office told that it can not be materialised up to six months period and I was further advised to cancel/disconnect the card at the earliest. When I argue to go to consumer’s court than it was told to lodge a written complaint to your good-self.

Further, I have already reported the same to the Customer Care Centre vide cell phone No. 96625 00584 (Complaint No. is 28367913 dt. 19-09) and (Complaint No. is 28391513 dt. 23-09) but the problem is still continued.

Therefore, your authority is requested to please do needful in the matter prior to proceed for Consumer’s Court.
