On the date of 28 sept 08 i have recaharge a voucher of RS 100 Top Up and massage come from airtel as Invalid Voucher. Mintime i am cont with the airtel customer care at 9954099540 and they ask me that due to system failor card not recharge and will active on 30 sept 08.
Again on 30 sep im trying to recharge and result same . cont customer care at9954099540 and they ask to wait up to 2 oct and also said that it will active automaticaly.
But nothing was hapening according to their comitment.
After this im trying severel time to lalk with C..care but no respone from other side.
1. Is this the system of the Indias largest telcom compeny?
2. How can i setisfied with this type of services.
3. have i go to Consumer cort for RS 100?
4. I dont have any tree of mony Rs 100 is lots of valuable for me I dont wast it with this type of services...
5. I want to back my mony?
6. This type of services not assential for me?
7. today this question for Rs 100 tomorow it may be for Rs 800 or more then this...
