Regarding Cylinder not received

Dear Sir,

i booked a refilling request on my connection No 20498 on December Last Week. But till Date we have not received the Cylinder. After Telephonic Discussion his saying ki cylinder is deliverd already. which is a bharat gas connection and the dealer is m/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091. So I requested to you Plz provide the Cylinder immediately.
