I have taken a BSNL broadband connection in the month of November'08
under 500 combo plan. Although my broadband service has been activated in the
month of November'08 (received user id and password), till date I am unable to use the service. Whenever I try to connect, I get the message error 678. I even went to Ranikuthi Exchange,
where I was told that my laptop is infected with virus due to which this problem
cannot be solved. But now I have formatted my laptop and reinstalled Operating System, but
still the problem persists. I have written a mail on 12th Jan, 14th Jan, 16th Jan and 25th Jan regarding this to their consumer grievance but till date no one responded.
